World Cup 2026 Groups

All 12 groups from the official draw on 5 December 2025. The top two teams in each group plus the eight best third-placed teams advance to the new Round of 32.

Group-stage round structure

Each group plays three matchdays. Round 1 pairs seeds 1 v 2 and 3 v 4. Round 2 pairs 1 v 3 and 2 v 4. Round 3 pairs 1 v 4 and 2 v 3, played simultaneously on the final matchday to prevent collusion.
